Winter Weed Readiness Check – Service Terms

These Service Terms apply specifically to the Winter Weed Readiness Check and apply in addition to JD Drone Services’ general Terms of Trade.

1. The Winter Weed Readiness Check is a paid, pre-winter on-farm check designed to identify areas of high weed pressure while weeds are still visible.

2. The cost of the Winter Weed Readiness Check is $300 + GST per farm.

3. A credit of up to 100% of the readiness check fee may be applied if JD Drone Services carries out the winter weed spraying.

4. The amount of any credit applied is determined by the scale and value of the winter weed spraying work and is applied to the final spray invoice.

5. Credits apply only to winter weed spraying completed within the same season.

6. No credit applies if spraying does not proceed or is carried out by another contractor.

7. The Winter Weed Readiness Check does not constitute agronomic advice or a guarantee of spraying outcomes.

8. Availability is limited and checks are carried out within JD Drone Services’ normal operating area.
